Villa Koi Rates & Amenities...

Villa Koi, located in beautiful Puerto Vallarta, has five luxuriously appointed spacious suites, each a tranquil private sanctuary with its own sitting area, en-suite bathroom, veranda and/or private patio garden and desk space. All but one suite offer king size beds, the fifth one accommodating 2 queen sized beds. Four of the suites overlook the ocean, while the fifth opens up to a private secret garden with its own fountain and outdoor sitting room. All suites are climate controlled in addition to being outfitted with remote controlled ceiling fans for those nights when open air sleeping is irresistible and the retracting glass doors are wide open. On those balmy nights, hardwood shutters preserve privacy and at the same time keep the wildlife at bay. Luxury linens, heavenly down duvets, fluffy bathrobes, hair dryers and shower and hair products complete the spa like atmosphere.

The Villa's common areas consist of an upper thatched roof open air living room with abundant plush seating, a lower level open air pergola sitting room (cocktails at sunset anyone…..?), a state of the art media room, a gourmet chef’s kitchen, a secondary kitchen and three separate dining areas. The main dining room with open air seating for 12 – 14 overlooks the infinity pool and and the azure waters of Banderas Bay ocean beyond on one side and the large Koi pond on the other. For a more intimate dining experience, an open air pergola provides seating for 4 to 5. The lower level thatched roof dining pavilion seating 8 is located next to the lower sunset terrace sitting room. The dining pavilion is served from a secondary lower level kitchen.

The temperature controlled infinity swimming pool (heated or cooled as needed) and the adjacent large whirlpool hot tub are surrounded by abundant decking shaded by tall royal palms.

The kitchen, usable by all guests, is equipped with a wine cellar, a built-in Miele Espresso maker, a commercial Wolf cook top, side by side Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, warming drawer, micro-wave/convection oven, an ice-maker, two pantries. The kitchen is flanked by a bar on one side and on the other by a laundry room equipped with two sets of washer/dryers and a patio with a high powered Viking BBQ grill.

A state of the art media room is equipped with a 73” HDTV, Satellite TV, surround sound, a library of (stored) DVDs, CD, DVD and Blueray disc players, a Sonos sound system with remote controls allowing access to a library of stored music, satellite or local radio, CD player or your own I-Pod from any of the common areas, both upper and lower.

Business office facilities include high speed internet(WIFI)access, internet access over the 73” HDTV (powered by a Dell PC), wireless all-in-one printer (fax, copier and scanner), a state of the art commercial cordless telephone system with conferencing capabilities and free Vonage long distance service to and from the US.

The Staff...

Very attentive, but unobtrusive and discrete full time staff consisting of an English speaking estate manager, a gourmet chef (see menu section for suggestions), a house-keeper and a gardener.

The estate manager and the chef live on-site in separate staff casita discretely hidden from the main house and are available at the touch of an intercom key.

We not only value, but adore our staff, as they take the utmost care of us! We hope you will enjoy them as much as we do and treat them with the care and respect they so richly deserve.

Winter & Spring Seasons:
(11/15 through 12/19 and 01/04 through 5/15 except as specified below): - $8,500 per night

Holiday Season:
(Thanksgiving, 12/20 through 1/3 and 1 wk ea before & after Easter) - $ 6,500 per night

Shoulder Season: $4,000 per night

Villa Deposits...

Non-refundable Deposits due in advance at the time of reservation:
50% of total rental fee
Due 90 days prior to the first day of occupancy:
50% of the total rental fee.

In addition, a 20% security deposit will be due 90 days prior to the first day of occupancy. This deposit is refundable within 30 days of departure, net of any costs incurred in connection with the repair or replacement of furnishing, facilities or items damaged by guests during their stay.

Minimum Stay: 7 nights

Maximum Occupancy: 12

Services included in Rental Rate:

Airport pick-up and drop off in private van (1 round trip per stay; max. 7 passengers).

2 meals per day (maximum 12 guests, guests responsible for grocery bills).

Daily house-keeping/linen service.

Access to the Four Seasons Punta Mita tennis and beach clubs

Services available and excluded from Rental Rate:

In-house or off-site spa services available by request, including personal training, yoga and pilates.

Guest fees at the Four Seasons Punta Mita Pacifico Golf Course;

Concierge Services provided upon request (reservations for local Puerto Vallarta golf, boating, fishing, tours and excursions, rent cars; arrangement of baby sitting, special catering, legal and consular services etc).
